Why List on a Strategic Web Directories' Directory site?
All web directories are not the same. We saw a need for more directories that focused on a niche or other segment of an industry. The directories will be designed to capture good rankings for specific keywords and many will have added features as well, such as blogs, to provide even more exposure for our clients.
While we cannot guarantee our clients will receive a lot of traffic, our directories will help increase their web presence and aid in the backlink strategy to boost their own websites' rankings in Google and other search engines.
Specific Targeted Markets
Strategic Web Directories is actively searching the internet looking for specific markets and niches that are lacking in their market exposure. Our initial directories are focused on real estate and mortgage areas that do not appear to have a broad reach for their particular segment, mortgage planning in particular.
Our first web directory, the Mortgage Planner Directory (launching March 1, 2007), was designed to provide a centralized directory for the mortgage planning professionals only. Mortgages entail a wide variety of specific markets, many of which already have specific directories, but the rapidedly growing area of mortgage planning does not have a directory that lists mortgage planners only and covers all mortgage planners, not just one type.
The second directory, the Certified Mortgage Planner Directory (launching April 1, 2007), will then take that same segment and bring in a more specific target market, focusing on those mortgage planning professionals that are verifiably certified, showing they truly possess the expertise and skills needed.
Both of these sites will likely have a blog that will allow individuals that list on the site to post for added exposure and for increased marketability. Other features may be added as well.
Additionally, we are currently developing a website for Christian Real Estate professionals (all areas) and plan to have this site active and ready for launch this summer. We are also researching other areas to develop new directories, obtaining new domains as quickly as possible to eliminate the "sandbox" effect once the sites launch.
